Blow Molding Machine

The bottle blowing machine is used in the production of PET water bottles, hot-filling bottles and carbonated beverage bottles. The PROMAN K series linear bottle blowing machine stretches the preform by controlling the stretching rod with a servo motor. It can be stretched in sections — firstly positioning the preform, ensuring the verticality of the preform when stretching, then secondary stretching — to ensure the uniformity and consistency of each preform. At the same time, the blower is faster and consumes less energy.

Labeling Machine

This equipment adopts a transporting device of fully automatic helicoid. The containers come to the machine entry by bottle conveyor chain, then to the bottle entry star wheel by separating screw distance. Clamped by the star wheel, containers move on the helicoid plate to complete the labeling process, then pass the bottle exit star wheel to finish the whole transportation.

The automatic bottle shrink wrapping machine is suitable for wrapping pop-top cans, mineral water, bottled beer and drinks without bottom tray, working with a PE film shrink tunnel to pack the goods perfectly. The whole production process adopts German advanced techniques and the main parts are imported from famous international companies. Capacity is stable with long service life — it consists of seven actuating motors, and products packed with plastic film, several bottles as a group, come out from the hot shrinking packing machine.
