Complete 3-in-1 Bottled Water Production Line

The material which contacts the liquid directly is food-grade SUS304, and the transmission mechanism and gears are equipped with hardened A4 carbon steel, ensuring long-term stable operation and hygienic filling.

The washing–filling–capping 3-in-1 monoblock is mainly used for bottled water production. Bottle conveying adopts hanging neck clamping design, which makes size changing fast and running stable without tipping bottles.

Equipped with PLC touch-screen control, frequency conversion speed regulation and automatic lubrication, the line realizes fully automatic production from bottle washing to finished product conveying, and can be connected with water treatment, blow molding, labeling and packing machines to form a complete turnkey line.

What does this production line include?

A complete line covers water treatment, bottle blow molding, the washing-filling-capping 3-in-1 monoblock, labeling, date coding and film/carton packing. Each section can also be purchased separately to upgrade your existing workshop.

Why choose a 3-in-1 monoblock instead of separate machines?

The monoblock transfers bottles by hanging necks without intermediate storage, which saves factory space, avoids second contamination between processes, reduces bottle falling, and simplifies operation and maintenance compared with three separate connected machines.

Can the line be retrofitted for new bottle shapes later?

Yes. The machine frame accepts a bottle diameter of 50–95mm and height of 150–310mm. Changing guide parts and star wheels is enough for a new bottle size, and we supply the changeover parts together with the line.
