Do you have running references in my country?
PROMAN lines are running in more than 80 countries. Besides this Liberia project, we have references
across West Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and the Middle East, and we can arrange video calls
or factory visits with nearby customers.
What equipment types does a project like this include?
A typical turnkey bottled water project covers water treatment, bottle blowing, the
rinsing-filling-capping monoblock, labeling, date coding, film packing and carton packing — each part
can also be purchased separately to upgrade your existing line.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Production takes 30-45 working days after deposit, shipping about 30-40 days to West Africa. On-site
installation and commissioning normally takes 30-45 days depending on workshop readiness.
Can the line run with local power and water conditions?
Yes. All motors and controls are configured to your local voltage and frequency, and we can add a
generator-compatible design and extra buffer tanks for unstable water supply — exactly what we did
for this Liberian project.
What capacity should I choose for a start-up plant?
Most new customers start from 2,000-4,000 BPH and upgrade later. The monoblock frame of this project
allows future speed-up by adding filling valves, protecting your first investment.
How do I start a similar project?
Send us your bottle sample or target bottle size, capacity and water source report. Our engineers will
reply with a layout drawing and quotation within 24 hours — the same process this Liberian customer
started with in 2019.
